Travelling from Ontario our furnace stopped working and we we're in need of emergency service work. We contacted Runners RV from Banff in -21C temperatures. From the first time we called to book a service appointment as part of the RV Care Community to the time we picked up our rig, we were treated with the utmost kindness and professionalism. Not only was the work completed well but in a timely fashion. The staff we dealt with we're friendly and professional from start to finish. With screaming little ones and 30+ degree weather we stopped in to Runner’s RV on our way to Sandpoint Idaho. We had a problem with our slide-out preventing us from travelling any further. Reg and Cathy dropped what they were doing to find a solution and get us on our way immediately!!

My fiance and I purchased our first 5th wheel from a family member who stored and had maintenance done on it at Runners RV. She had spoken very highly of everyone here and upon picking up our newest addition, we got the very same experience she had raved about.
